There's something a photo just can't do justice - the texture of deco mesh up close, the weight of a wired bow, the print on a boxy bag actually looking the color it's supposed to instead of however your screen renders it. If you're the type who likes to see it before you buy it (or you just like supporting small makers in person), here's where you can find The Prairie Pine this fall.

The Fall Lineup

Markets and craft fairs are where this whole thing started - friends and then strangers stopping by a table to ask where a wreath came from - and it's still the best way to see the full range in one place, not just wreaths.

The St John the Evangelist Catholic Church Craft Fair on October 24, and the Colorado Women of Song Fall Artisans Boutique on November 7.

What's Actually at the Table

It's not just wreaths and door signs. Expect a full spread of handmade cotton goods too — Boxy Bags in three sizes, coin pouches, keychain wristlets, lip balm keychain holders, glasses cases, and a big stack of Flour Sack Towels with sayings that are worth reading one by one. If you've only ever seen The Prairie Pine online through the wreath collection, the market table usually surprises people with how much else is there.

What to Expect

Everything on display is the same handmade work you'd get online - nothing different is made just for markets. What's different is the chance to talk through a custom order face to face: a color swap on a wreath, a specific fabric print for a boxy bag, a sign with different wording. It's a lot easier to nail down over a table than through a contact form.
